Cancellation Policy - As we are a small business, we need to implement a cancellation policy. I appreciate that sometimes you need to cancel or re schedule your lesson due to illness or other unforeseen circumtances. We ask you to provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel or move your class. If notice isn't provided we are unable to issue a refund and you will lose your lesson.
Please be respectful to your instructor, only practice what your instructor has taught you and no phones whilst your instructor is teaching. It is unsafe to not listen to the instructor's guidance or go against the lesson plan and practice your own thing.
